Oak Knoll South Parking Lot Seal Coat Project

E-mail inquiries are to be sent to: nghanbari@cypressca.org DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The scope of work for this project includes, but is not limited to: mobilization, crack sealing, AC removal and replacement, parking lot seal coat, replacement of existing and revised painted striping, signs, and other incidental items of work. Parking Lot Seal Coat (2-coats) Remove and Replace 2" AC Striping, Markings and Markers (2-coats) Remove and Replace Detectable Warning Surface Install New R100B, and Drug-Free Zone Sign on New Post All work shall be completed within TEN (10) working days following written Notice to Proceed from the City. Work shall be performed on any of the following dates: November 28- December 9 December 12- December 23

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Earthwork Methods.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways.
