Description

Contract I.D.: 221118_F06 Job Number: J6S3432 PN-FAF 60-2(93) (1): Job J7S3488 Route OR 60 GREENE County. Grading and Paving from Rte. 125 to County Road 243 in Rogersville, the total length of improvement being 1.131 miles. (2): Job J8P0683E Route US60 GREENE County. Grading and Paving at Route 125 in Rogersville, the total length of improvement being 1.289 miles. Range: 20M to 25M Each Bid Shall Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Cashier's Check, Drawn on Any Bank or Trust Company and Payable to "Director of Revenue, Credit State Road Fund", or Bidders May Submit a Bid Bond for Each Project Bid or an Annual Bid Bond That Would Cover All Projects Bid for a Twelve Month Beginning July 1 and Ending June 30 of Each Missouri State Fiscal Year. Annual Bid Bond Forms Must Be Submitted by June 15 of Each Year. Bid bonds must be Submitted on a form furnished by the commission, executed by the bidder and corporate surety, and naming the "State of missouri, acting by and Through the missouri highways and transportation commission", as obligee) for an amount (or penal sum) equal to 5% or more of the bid, Which check or bond shall be deposited with the commission as a guaranty and forfeited in the event the bidder is found to be the successful bidder and fails to comply with the terms of the request for bid.
