Hanley Road Berkeley, MO 63134 South County Health Center 4580 S. Lindbergh Sunset Hills, MO 63127 North Central Community Health Center 4000 Jennings Station Road Pine Lawn, MO 63121 St. Louis County Transportation Public Works 1050 N Lindbergh Creve Coeur, MO 63132 The contract will be for 1 two year term. The County has the option to renew at the same terms, conditions and prices for 1 additional two year term. The contractor is obligated to renew the contract at the same terms and conditions for the optional term if the County exercises its option to renew the contract.
