Herbert’s Run All 7 floors of this wing will be renovated. This project will be completed during normal business hours; however be mindful that this is an active community and residents will be moving around at different times. We would like to capture the miscellaneous demo with the respected trade. For example the wall covering demo captured by the painter or the carpet demo by the flooring sub. The main scope for all floors is as follows: Paint walls, doors, and frames Replace 2x2 ceiling tile (include and allowance to replace 10% of damage ceiling grid) Replace egg crate light lens with acrylic panels at resident units elevator lobby lights. Replace elevator lobby lights Refinish wood handrails Replace resident package shelves New millwork in resident laundry room on terrace level. Replace sprinkler guards Add corner guards in elevator lobby. Replace decorative lighting at doghouses, elevator lobbies, and wall sconces. Replace carpet and cove base Carpets and base to remain on 1st floor.
