Jerome Wastewater Treatment Plant New Headworks Building

The Project generally consists of constructing a new headworks building complete with new and refurbished screens and grit removal equipment, sitework, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, controls, and other items of miscellaneous work shown on the drawings and described in the specifications. Additive Bid Items No. 1 and No. 2 include a biotrickling filter odor control system and biotower covers, respectively. The City has entered into contracts with Smith & Loveless and Huber Technology, Inc. for the grit removal equipment and the fine screen equipment, respectively. The equipment prepurchase contracts will be assigned to the selected Bidder. Bids will be received for a single lump sum contract for the base bid and an additive lump sum price for each additive bid. The bids will be publicly opened and read at the City Council Chambers, 100 E. Ave. A, shortly after 2:00 p.m. LT. The Bidder shall guarantee Bid Pricing for a period of 60 calendar days from the date of proposal opening.
