| Description | CCISD is seeking the services of a firm that can mobilize quickly in the event of a natural disaster such as a hurricane, fire or flood. We are seeking a guaranteed response time and an understanding of our facilities in order to streamline our contingency and recovery plan. Please detail your firm's specific protocols with regards to inspection, planning, cleaning, decontamination, debris removal, decontamination of HVAC systems and content remediation. Protocols shall include floorplan mapping and thorough digital photo documentation. Firm must also demonstrate the ability to use Xactimate format (or comparable industry standard software). Firm must secure an emergency dumpster agreement to ensure that we will have adequate dumpsters on site. |
