Professional Services for Planning, Design, Construction Documents and Construction Administration/Management for an Emergency and Housing Facility

From qualified architectural and/or engineering firms or teams to provide architectural, site, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing design services and to develop construction documents, including an estimate of probable construction costs, for a new Emergency Housing Facility which will be located at 26 Oakley Street, Poughkeepsie, New York 12601. The selected firm will provide the following services, which will encompass all of the tasks necessary to deliver a completed project, including planning, preliminary design alternatives, preparing construction documents, construction administration/management and contact close-out. The selected firm shall be prepared to create a separate early bid package for selective building and grounds demolition.
