| Description | The work generally consists of the removal and replacement of approximately 78,150 SF of slate roofing assembly, preparations to the existing plywood deck and installation of new underlayment, synthetic slate roofing assembly, and metal flashings as specified; as well as removal and replacement of appx. 4,800 SF of EPDM roofing assembly, preparations to the existing metal deck and installation of new rigid insulation, TPO membrane and TPO and metal flashings as specified. Construction Cost Range: $1,4000,000 to $1,600,000 BID SECURITY IS REQUIRED IN AN AMOUNT NOT LESS THAN 5% OF THE BASE BID. The successful Contactor will be required to provide Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, each in the amount of 100% ofthe Contract Price *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
