Provide Tunnel Repairs

Compliance with the latest building code including review of work done by others for compliance with applicable codes. Rehabilitation of existing tunnels will involve recommendations on steam shut down or provisions for continuous operation of steam piping. Confined space and temperature reduction methods design will be required. Rehabilitation of concrete tunnel walls. Rehabilitation of HVAC steam and plumbing piping. Rehabilitation of piping supports. Relocation of HVAC steam and hot water plumbing piping above ground. Hazardous material investigation and design services for the remediation/ removal of such materials as part of the work of this contract. Possible construction management and/or construction inspection services as advisor to the owner.
