PS7 Elementary School - Phase 1 & 2 11 Modular Buildings

Public School 7 Elementary School New Construction and Rehabilitation Project, including manufacturing modular buildings, constructing foundations, and installing 11 modular classroom buildings for a total of 31 classrooms. A concurrent related contract for site work and rehabilitation by a general contractor is being separately procured. Prequalification is required for this project. The award will be to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder 19-14, 19224,19-000 The Project consists of Installation of 31 new modular classrooms in two phases. Phase 1 will be the construction of the foundations, installation, and connection of 19 modular classrooms, identified as classroom buildings E through K. Upon completion of Phase 1, staff and students will be relocated into the 19 new classrooms. Following work by a separate contractor to demolish the old classroom buildings and prepare the building pads, Phase 2 will be the onstruction of the foundations, installation, and connection of the remaining 12 modular classrooms, identified as classroom buildings A through D. The Project is funded by two separate grants, one for new construction and a separate grant for rehabilitation, which do not directly track to the phases of construction Any questions concerning the Bidding Documents should be directed to Windy Buller at windyb@capitalpm.com.
