the City of Palms Springs is requesting proposals from qualified firms for RFP 10-23 Professional Consulting Services for Comprehensive Airport Master Plan. SCOPE OF SERVICES: The scope of work will consist of completing a high-quality, cost-effective Master Plan in 30 months. PSP looks toward becoming more sustainable and the Master Plan Study provides an opportunity to incorporate renewable energy and plan for emerging technologies. The receiving time date stamp in Planetbids will be the governing time for acceptability of received bids. Late proposals will not be accepted.
