Design Services - Chamberlain Student Center Expansion

1. Maintain the intent of the University’s Long-Range Facilities and other Master Plans 2. Fulfill the current and projected need for additional space 3. The project scope would include Interior renovations and new construction. 4. The project is expected to be approximately 40,000 gross square feet and will include some or all the following programming elements: 1. Large Gathering, Event and Collaboration Space 2. Flexible spaces for a Gallery, events, demonstration of Innovation and research 3. Meeting Rooms and offices 4. Media Room 5. Prep Kitchen, support and back of the house services 6. Enhancement of the Student Center Plaza The Design Professional will be responsible for hiring the Geotechnical Engineer as required by code to support the structural design.
