RFQ Contractor - UNR Basketball Locker Rooms and Lounge

The project consists of: 11,440 sf 2-story steel framed facility with exterior brick, metal panel, glass & stucco veneers. Men's & Women's basketball locker rooms with showers, restrooms & lounge areas. Trades required are CIP concrete, reinforcing steel, structural steel, insulation, metal panel siding, PVC roofing & sheet metal, DFH, storefront & curtainwall systems, metal framing / drywall & acoustic systems, casework, flooring, paint, specialties, signage & graphics, appliances, elevator, plumbing, HVAC, fire sprinklers, electrical, IT/AV/Security, earthwork, utilities & landscaping. Bid documents are anticipated January 2023 for qualified subcontractors. Construction start May 2023 and complete by April 2024 Your participation is important to us. NOTICE: Subcontractors, who will perform at least 1% of the estimated value of the work or $50,000 whichever is greater, must be qualified pursuant to NRS 338.16991. Proposals will be returned to the subcontractor unopened if the subcontractor has not been qualified per NAC 338.580. The submission of a materially incomplete or falsified application for qualification by an applicant and failure to disclose information required in the application may be grounds for the disqualification of the applicant.
