This will be the only time Bidders will have to inspect the building. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids An original and two copies of the complete Bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope, and addressed to the Westmoreland County Controller and clearly marked on the outside of the envelope with the Bidder's name and address and the designation: Late Proposals will not be accepted or considered.
