2021 Roadway Improvement Program

The Base Contract will generally include the full-width mill and overlay of six Township roadways (or portions) (42,125 SY/3,860 TON). The Base Contract work will also include 5,785 SY pavement repair, 985 TON leveling/scratch course, 500 LF pavement base underdrain, 1,188 LF of concrete curb replacements, 1,223 SF of concrete sidewalk replacements, 6 EA truncated dome inserts and the replacement of all pavement markings and centerline rumble strips. POTENTIAL ALTERNATE/ADD-ON ITEMS Alternate/Add-On No. 1 will generally include the full-width mill and overlay of Redstone Drive (15,120 SY/1370 TON). The work will also include 500 SY of pavement repair, 200 TON leveling/scratch course, 100 LF pavement base underdrain, 158 LF concrete curb replacements, 2,420 SF concrete sidewalk replacements, 55 LF of concrete cheek wall, 12 EA truncated dome inserts, 7 EA Belgian block curb replacements, 3 EA traffic calming devices and the replacement of all pavement markings. Alternate/Add-On No. 2will generally include the full width mill and overlay of a portion of Philadelphia Avenue (2,495 SY/245 TON). The work will also include 100 SY of pavement repair and 100 TON leveling/scratch course. Alternate/Add-On No. 3 will generally include the overlay of a portion of Oak Avenue (700 SY/65 TON). The work will also include 750 LF of edge mill and 20 TON leveling/scratch course. Alternate/Add-On No. 4 will generally include 155 GAL of rubberized crack seal and 1,190 SY of pavement repair on Scarlet Oak Drive, Green Ash Lane, Red Maple Court and Silver Linden Lane.
