| Description | The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, supervision, and disposal required to Replace Roof on Buildings 1 & 4 at U. S. Coast Guard Base Boston, MA (Suffolk County). The work includes complete roof tear off down to concrete roof substrate and remove all perimeter wood blocking and install a fully adhered TPO roofing system that provides a complete roof system warranty for 20 years and meets the wind up lift resistance as specified. Remove and reinstall roof top mechanical units as indicated on drawings in order to perform roof replacement work. |
