Facility Management service contract for the Discovery Center, a 32,310 sq ft building and 4 acre grounds encompassing a public access museum, staff offices and tenant offices. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No Minority Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Women Owned Sub-Contracting Goal: 15% Contract term: 3 years The final contract will be for a term of 3 years with the possibility of up to 3 one year extensions. The contract will begin on 1/31/2023 with a 60-day transition period between contractors. Communication Maintain regular communication with the owner on all building, grounds, and related issues. Facilitate at a minimum regularly occurring monthly meetings with the owner to discuss ongoing maintenance, work orders and projects. On-site Monitoring Assign staff to visit the property no less than 3 days per week to regularly monitor the property. Staff shall walk through all areas of the property to identify and rectify any maintenance needs. Building Audit Within the first 30 days and every year thereafter, assess the conditions of the building and grounds and provide a written report to the owner. CR Number: 2089321
