Miscellaneous building repairs. The Owner invites bidders to submit a sealed stipulated sum bid complying with Instructions for Bidders, for the work described in the Project Manual and Drawings (Bidding Documents). Awarded bidder(s) must begin work upon receipt of Notice to Proceed and substantially complete the work on or before the number of calendar days according to the Supplementary Conditions. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
