Description	The air handlers and boiler systems for the lab complex on Reedy Creek Road have recently been replaced. However, the controls for the VAV boxes, steam to hot water heat exchangers, and other systems remain pneumatic in two of the three buildings. One of the three buildings does include a DDC system that is functional. Project consists of the replacement or refurbishment of VAV boxes and any associated damaged ductwork, replacement of a pump and coil for a glycol heat exchange system, refurbishment of an existing cooling tower, as well as a brand new DDC controls system that controls the entire 3 building lab complex's mechanical systems. There will be a focus on energy efficiency with regards to the sequence of controls. Design around existing lab equipment may be challenging.
