| Description | The Elevator Contractor shall maintain and repair an elevator and two lifts at Allen Hall for a period of approximately 29 months (February 1, 2022 to June 30, 2024). Elevator Maintenance, Service and Repairs. Allen Hall 288 Lyman St. Westborough, MA 01581. Project Description and Scope: The elevator contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, equipment, lubricants, tools, rags, reports and forms and test weights to provide two (2) separate monthly inspections and service of four (4) hours each (total of 8 hours per month) minimum labor for lubrication, inspection, examination and adjustments to elevators located at Allen Hall, Westboro, MA in accordance with the latest revised edition of the Elevator and Escalator Regulations known as EL2 and these specifications, for the thirty six (30) months period from January 1 2022 to June 30, 2024. In addition, the contractor shall also provide emergency response service as not in the contract. |
