1. This list is generic in nature for major items and intended only to give an overview of general project scope. 2. Replace and stabilize of parking area and driveways with Type D Hot Mix asphalt at a target thickness of 1.5 inch. 3. Repair any damaged areas of asphalt. 4. Install ADA accessible ramp from front parking area to front entrance 5. Install non slip surface on front entry sidewalk and steps. 6. Stripe/paint all areas per ADA requirements, including existing concrete ramp area. 7. Paint curbs for fire lanes and provide directional markings. 8. Install new sidewalk from exit door to front sidewalk 9. Feather asphalt to concrete surface 10. Raise drain release conduits above asphalt surface 11. Replace parking area signage including ADA required signage. 12. Repair any damaged concrete areas and curbing. 13. Install new car stops and replace existing damaged car stops. 14. Restripe total parking areas. 15. Provide turnkey project as indicated on the drawings and as required for complete project.
