Description Removing and replacing two heat pump split systems at the Annex. Contractor is required to remove all debris from site and close off work area for the protection of students and staff. The work will be performed at 102 Park Street (The Annex), Darlington, SC 29532 and shall include but not limited to the following: Replace two (2) Trane 6.5 Ton A/C heat pump split systems with two (2) 7.5 Ton Trane or equivalent A/C heat pump split systems with air handler, with lOkw heat strips. This scope of work will include a new air handler, condensation line, line set, indoor disconnect, condenser (heat pump), heat strips and also hail guards.
