Southwestern Services has notified the content team that they did not receive the GC award on this project. Remove and replace with new pavilion covered structure provided by Owner. Electrician provides all lighting fixtures. Steel structure provided by Owner and installed by steel erection company. Southwestern Services is a preferred National GC with extensive experience on how these projects work. Even though we have not been awarded this location, we have been awarded dozens of locations nationwide over the year and looking forward to working with you on this project. *The owner requests that all subcontractor / supplier inquiries be directed to the GC Bidder.
