| Description | The work to be performed under this Contract shall include all labor, materials, equipment, services, and incidentals required to perform the proposed Plaster Repair to the existing walls and ceilings of the Existing Historic Building as indicated in the Specifications, shown on the Contract Drawings and/or as approved by the Owner. In general, the work shall include but not be limited to the following: Installation of Three coat/layer plaster system over wood lath, Repair existing plaster and installation of new plaster topcoat. |
