| Description | The work will consist of demolition and removal of the existing ballasted asphalt roofing system, cap and counter flashings, roof hatches, guard railing and some electrical items. The new work will consist of a new TPO roofing system with area of tapered insulation, raised parapets, new mechanical curbs, new roof primary & secondary drains, guard railings, some locations will receive new E.I.F.S. and areas of the roof will receive new electrical items as indicated on the construction documents. Existing mechanical units will be required to be disconnected, raised and reset with new mechanical curbs and duct extensions to be provided. |
