COA Generator and Installation

The Town of Salisbury would like to purchase, and have installed, a generator capable of powering the Salisbury Hilton Senior Center in the case of emergencies and power outages. Furnish/install new 48KW RCL 120/208 volt 3 phase standby generator system with the quality equal to or greater than a Kohler generator Remove and dispose of the existing generator Obtain electrical and gas permits (fees will be waived) and have inspection completed Disconnect gas/wires from existing generator Install new generator on left side of the building Form and pour concrete pad for generator Install a 200-amp transfer switch on exterior of building and connect to electrical panel Tie into electrical service Install wiring from generator to transfer switch and any other relevant wiring Planned Start Date: February 2023 Project may begin immediately from note to proceed by the Town of Salisbury. Contractor shall provide a written proposed work schedule with this quote. A final work schedule will be submitted at the time of delivery of the properly executed contract along with the 50% payment bond required for this project. Upon receipt of this information, the Town will issue a notice to proceed. Payment Bond and Performance Bond 50% payment bond if total contract is >$25,000
