Irrigation Repair Service

The Contractor is to furnish all labor and equipment needed to maintain and repair all irrigation systems within the Capitol Park and any systems of the Baton Rouge state managed buildings. The State holds the right to utilize the irrigation contractor to our needs and the financial restraints of our budget during the time of the contract. This solicitation is to establish an Agency Term Contract for the State of Louisiana-Office of State Buildings to provide Irrigation Repair Services. This contract is to be effective for a period of twelve (12) months beginning date of award. At the option of the State of Louisiana and acceptance by the contractor, this contract may be extended for two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods at the same price, terms and conditions. Total contract time may not exceed thirty-six (36) months

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Operation and Maintenance of Exterior Improvements, Irrigation, Planting Irrigation, Planting, Planting Preparation, Soil Preparation, Landscape Grading.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks.
