| Description | This work shall include, but not be limited to, the following: 1. HMA Surface Removal, HMA Level Binder Course, Tack Coat, and HMA Surface Course. 2. Pavement markings. 3. All ADA ramps and curb repairs have been performed in advance of the project by City staff and/or other vendors. 4. Structure adjustments shall be limited to placement of steel adjusting rings for existing frame and lids within the pavement area. 5. An aggregate wedge shoulder or topsoil, seed, straw mulch shall be provided in areas without curb as directed by the engineer where needed. 6. All traffic control and protection. 7. Coordination and notification with residents concerning individual resident access. 8. Landscape restoration with pulverized topsoil, straw mulch, seeding and fertilizers. 9. Protection of existing service lines and utilities. 10. Any 662 or 663 testing for CCDD dump site removal requirements. 11. Site cleanup. |
