Southeastern Raptor Center - New Rehabilitation Mew

The general scope of the work includes but is not limited to: construction of a single story, octagonal mew. The structure will consist of poured concrete footings, steel framing, and wood framing. The building walls will be clad with wood slats and the roof will be clad with aluminum battens, corrugated metal panels, and corrugated polycarbonate panels. Limited plumbing and electrical scopes consist of yard hydrants and the associated piping, and light fixtures, switches, and receptacles. The civil scope of work consists of drain inlets and the associated underground piping. The project will also require some tree removal, regrading on the site, and the addition of a gravel access road.
