Description 1. Repair and/or replace: Replace all rotten or damaged wood log siding Replace any rotten or destroyed fascia boards 2.Cleaning Clean all exterior wood surfaces, at least twice, with a high concentration commercial grade bleach mixture and water 50/50, to restore as much as original color as possible. Confirming all mold and mildew is removed. Apply neutralizer mixture of vinegar and water (50/50) to balance PH Rinse thoroughly. 3. Caulking Remove old and loose caulk Seal all areas with Southland caulk Trem Pro 656.to prevent water and air leakage around all logs, joints, windows, and doors. Seal/fill all bee holes with Southland caulk Trem Pro 656. 4. Staining Apply (2) coats of WoodGuard Deep Penetrating Oil Stain, Iron Grey to all wood logs, siding, ceiling post rails, ceiling rafters and the post of the fireplace/picnic pavilion area and floor There must be a 24 hour drying time between coats. Stain must be sprayed and back brushed to reduce running. Add NB30 to stain for bee control 5. Screen Porch Remove old screen and replace with new screen after job completion. Must match the trim to the stain color. 6. When the staining is complete, all windows on the stained buildings shall be cleaned.
