The existing 1 span steel beam bridge is 74' long with a 89'clear roadway. Project includes removal and replacement of the existing bridge deck, removal and salvage of portions of the existing structural steel, complete painting of the remaining structural steel, 0.20 miles of approach roadway work and resurfacing, removal of debris from the North Branch waterway, placement of new traffic barriers, signing, and permanent pavement striping. One lane of traffic in each direction will be maintained during construction DBE Participation (%) 2.0 A Pre-Bid Conference will not be held for this contract. Minimum wage rates for each Project, if applicable, have been pre-determined by law and are set forth in the Invitation for Bids (IFB). Bids must only be made upon the latest electronic proposal forms (and attachments) that are furnished by the Administration. In accordance with State Finance and Procurement Title 13 of the Annotated Code of Maryland, no bid, performance or payment bonds are required for bids less than $100,000.00.
