| Description | The project consists of trail improvements, construction of and improvements to bridges and boardwalks in several City of Tucker parks. Locations in include Henderson Park at 1 Henderson Park Road; Cofer Park at 4259 North Park Drive; Smoke Rise Park at 5623 Hugh Howell Road, Tucker, GA 30084. The work to be performed by the General Contractor consists of, but is not limited to, the following major items: 1. Minor grading and drainage. 2. Demolition of existing bridges, boardwalks. 3. Demolition of and replacement of existing bridge. 4. Construction of timber bridge and boardwalk with handrail, curb, and bench seating. Some boardwalk is located in wetlands and will require top down construction utilizing timber piling. |
