HVAC/AIR Handler Replacement - Science Building 53

In general, the work consists of the removal and disposal of 9 gas-electric rooftop units, replace 9 existing air conditioning units (AC-2 through AC-10) with new curbs and new air handlers (ahu-2 through ahu-10) supplied with hydronic heating and cooling coils. New air handling units to be supplied with new heating hot water and chilled water to building from existing campus heating and chilled water supply and return piping located in existing parking lot vault. New building circulation pumps for heating and chilled water will be installed at the base of the building and mount on a new concrete slab.
