Revitalization of Jefferson Park Federal

The Cambridge Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Trade Bidders for the above-named project in Cambridge, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by BWA Architecture, Inc. The project includes demolition and replacement of 8 multi-story masonry buildings containing 175 multi- family housing units, and 3 single-story accessory structures. The new construction consists of 6 four- story buildings containing 278 apartments, plus a single-story maintenance building. The project will also include extensive sitework and site utilities replacement. Consigli Construction Company is the construction manager at risk for the project. The work is estimated to cost $204,000,000. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J and to minimum wage rates as required by the Federal Department of Labor prevailing wage decision for Middlesex County Massachusetts, Residential Construction type.
