Dolly Graham Restrooms and Pavillion

As of August 30, 2022 the design team has been selected. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference. The City of Frankfort, Kentucky reserves the right to reject any and all Responses received, and to select that Response which it determines to be in its best interest. No Pre-Bid Conference Available Firm / companies are to submit their Response in a sealed envelope; the firm / company is advised to clearly mark the sealed Response with the RFP number and description listed above. The City of Frankfort, Kentucky is not responsible for the premature opening of, or the failure to open, a sealed Response not properly addressed or identified. Firm / companies are invited to be present for the opening of the Responses submitted. The City is accepting the Responses to this RFP from companies or firms that can provide design, landscape architecture and engineering services, as well as provide cost estimates and prepare bid documents for construction and provide project management for the Dolly Graham Park new restroom project and pavilion renovation and/or new pavilion project.
