2021 HVAC Improvements Project

Site Directions: 1610 Moorland Road Madison, Wi 53713 The project includes improvements to the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems at the Nine Springs Wastewater Treatment Plant. Major components of the Project include the following: Remove existing air handling equipment at four separate structures. Install new air handling equipment and associated electrical and control equipment and devices. Modify the structure including new wall and roof openings are required to accommodate and support the new air handling equipment. All prime bidders and electrical and mechanical subcontractors must be qualified for this specific work. Before Proposals will be accepted for the work contemplated herein, the Owner will conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the performance record and ability of the prime bidders/subcontractors to perform the size and type of work specified in the Contract Documents.
