Design-Build Services for Police Memorial Building Standby Generator Replacement and Electrical Infrastructure Upgrade Project

The City intends to select a design-build firm to provide the following services: the design, permitting, and construction for a standby generator replacement and electrical infrastructure upgrade project at the Police Memorial Building 501 E Bay Street Jacksonville, FL 32202. for the City of Jacksonville Public Works Department, Public Buildings Division. The scope of work required of the selected Design-Build Firm for this design-build project shall include, but it shall not be limited to, the design, permitting, and construction elements necessary to complete the standby generator replacement and electrical infrastructure upgrade project and all associated miscellaneous work. This category shall include all design, permitting, and construction effort necessary for the turnkey completion of this project and in accordance with the requirements specified in the Design Criteria Package prepared by the City.
