Computer Room HVAC Maintenance Agreement

Provide all equipment, materials, labor and incidentals necessary to provide ADOR Computer Server Room, Liebert DS, Split System Condensing Unit and Air Handling Unit inspection, maintenance and repair services in accordance with the requirements and specifications set forth herein. ADOR is seeking a highly skilled and qualified contractor which can provide trained, dealer authorized service personnel or equal for maintenance and repair and using only factory-specified and approved replacement parts as they may become needed. The requirements outlined below are applicable to three ADOR units, manufactured by Liebert Corporation, model numbers DCDF510 –A and DS077AUA0EI915B. All preventive maintenance work shall be performed on a biannual basis (unless otherwise indicated or as recommended by the manufacturer) at the Arizona Department of Revenue, main Phoenix campus, 1600 W. Monroe, Phoenix, AZ. 85007.
