Liquid Sodium Hypochlorite

Sealed bids will be publicly received, opened, and announced by the Township of Moorestown in the County of Burlington, State of New Jersey for the following goods and services: PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF LIQUID SODIUM HYPOCHLORITE FOR POTABLE WATER. Each bid must be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Township of Moorestown, 111 West Second Street, Moorestown, New Jersey 08057 Attention: Municipal Clerk, and marked on the outside with words: BID: LIQUID SODIUM HYPOCHLORITE. No bids will be accepted after 3 P.M. on September 21, 2022. All bidders and the general public are invited to be present for the bid opening. All bids must be submitted on the prescribed bid forms. Bid specifications can be emailed or mailed upon request. All technical inquiries should be directed to Bill Butler, Superintendent of Water and Sewer at (856) 235-3520 or bbutler@moorestown.nj.us. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified or Cashier's Check in the amount not less than 10% of the amount bid, but not exceeding $20,000. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 (Affirmative Action Law) and N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 (Business Registration Act). The Township reserves the right to reject all bids, to reject any bid or bids not complying with this notice, and to waive informalities of any bid or bids if such waiver be deemed by the Township Council to be advantageous to the Township.
