Description

As per Cathy it was awarded to Allgaier Construction Corporation for $10,881.85 Replacement of Sheet Metal Roof Overlay for Storage A and B Sheds at the Churchville Maintenance Facility - Harford County Roofing and siding and sheet metal services. General: The existing asphalt roof shingles and wood fascia / trim and isolated dimensional lumber components and plywood decking at Materials Storage A are aged and failing. To restore the roof covering system to a watertight condition the SHA is considering bids for the installation of a metal roofing system over the existing asphalt shingle roofs and deteriorated trim. 1. Replace all deteriorated dimensional lumber. 2. Install new ridge vent. 3. Install new metal drip edge. 4. Apply new furring strips. 5. Apply underlayment (both roofing felt and self-adhering); 6. Install new corrugated metal panels. 7. Provide a Manufacturer's and Installer's Warranty for the sheet metal roofing work
