Fuse Streetscape - Phase I

This project includes work on the west side of Hill St, the east side of Trenton and the intersections of Trenton & Main, Hill & Main, and Trenton & Airline. Work has been value Engineered out as follows: 1. The curb / gutter and sidewalk on the west side of Hill, from Franklin to Main will not be removed and replaced with this contract. The corner of Hill and Main and the drive at Sav A Lot will still need to be constructed. The work on the west side of Hill, north of Main, is still included. 2. Franklin Blvd will not be milled or resurfaced. 3. The work in Franklin Blvd including median, delineators, striping will be done under separate contract. 4. The work on the south side of Franklin will not be done with this contract. 5. Staging can occur on City owned property behind Coca Cola Building. 6. The request to close Trenton from Franklin to Main is being entertained by City, and has a high probability of approval.
