Description | Scope of Services The City of Huntington Beach (City) is soliciting Request for Quotes from experienced, qualified firms / contractors to provide all labor and materials for new block wall installation, block wall repair, general masonry, bollard installation and repair, curb ramp and gutter installation and repair, monument installation, paving stone installation, concrete pathway and concrete (flat work) repair services. Successful bidders may be required to occasionally work outside of normal business hours. These services are subject to prevailing wage rates and laws. The City intends to award multiple service agreements but does not guarantee a specific number to be awarded. Additionally, the City does not guarantee a specific amount of work to successful bidders. The City reserves the right to reject any qualifications for noncompliance with contract requirements and provisions, or to not award a contract because of unforeseen circumstances or if it is determined to be in the best interest of the City. The City does not guarantee a specific amount of work and the quantity of work may increase or decrease depending on needs. The City has the right to terminate the contract with a 30-day notice for any reason. |
