Sussex Technical High School Welding Shop Renovations

The project involves adding an alternating-tread stair to provide access to the existing welding shop mezzanine, demolition of the wall between two classrooms to create a larger classroom, demolition of three smaller rooms below the mezzanine structure to allow open access from the Welding shop to the shear room. The adjacent classroom will be converted to shear room; this includes as an alternative the removal of exterior doors and sidelight and the replacement with an overhead door. Work also comprises the relocation of existing bottle filler, all associated power, lighting, fire alarm modifications, and new power for shear room equipment. Only General Contractors may submit bids on this project. Sealed bids shall be addressed to the Sussex Technical School District, ATTN.: H. Athey.
