Description

Questions regarding the bid specifications must be directed to Leigh Ann Corrigan. The City of Jefferson, herein referred to as City, invites interested, qualified vendors, hereinafter referred to as contractors or bidders, capable of providing the required services, to submit bids to provide demolition services of the following structures located at the following addresses in Jefferson City, MO. 104 Jackson Street 108 Jackson Street Bidders must bid on both of the demolition projects. Award will be made to the lowest and best bidder whose bid conforms to the solicitation that will be most advantageous to the City. The City may award to one vendor or to multiple vendors. This is for a one-time contract. The contractor will have 14 days from the notice to proceed to complete the scope of work unless otherwise approved by the City.
