Lakeland Correctional Facility Paving Repairs - Replacement

This Request for Proposals provides the prospective professional service contractor (Professional) with information to enable preparation of a professional services proposal for Lakeland Correctional Facility, Paving Repairs - Replacement, Coldwater, Michigan. The service to be completed should encompass as a minimum the following phase(s) from the Department of Technology, Management and Budget's (DTMB's) Sample Standard Contract for Professional Services: Phase- 300 Schematic Design 400 Preliminary Design 500 Final Design 600 Construction Administration - Office Services 700 Construction Administration - Field Inspection Services The Project includes, but is not necessarily limited to, soil erosion and sedimentation controls, removal of concrete and asphalt pavements, removal of abandoned roads and parking lots, minor grading improvements, installation of aggregate base, hot mix asphalt paving, concrete paving, concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalks, furnishing and spreading topsoil, hydroseeding and site restoration.
