Demolition of One (1) Residential Dwellings

Any addendums that may be issued shall be posted on the Hamilton Township website and will be available online. Bids shall be rejected if not submitted within time, date and at place designated. The successful bidder shall be required to comply with the provisions of the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act, Chapter 150 of the Laws of 1963, effective January 1, 1964 and must follow requirements of Davis Bacon Act. All contractors are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 (Business Registration), N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. (Contract Compliance and Equal Employment Opportunities in Public Contracts). Submission by corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies shall include a completed Disclosure of Ownership form (N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2). Submissions shall also include a completed Non-Collusion Affidavit. All requirements of the State of New Jersey Worker Health and Safety Act (N.J.A.C. 12:110 et seq.) as amended and the United States Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) (29 CFR 1910), as amended with regard to worker and jobsite safety. Project Scope Township of Hamilton is seeking contractor(s) for demolition services for one (1) Residential dwelling. General Project Description The successful contractor will be responsible to furnish all equipment, labor, layouts of work features, and supervision needed to accomplish the following as described: Demolition, debris removal and disposal; abandon septic, oil tank and well water systems if applicable Question Deadline 02/13/2023 at 4:30 PM ET
