Audio/Video Upgrade - City Hall Council Conference Room

**As of July 5, 2023 project was awarded to Intereum, awarded amount is $21,034.12. The start date will start around August.** The City of Golden Valley is soliciting quotes for the Audio/Visual Upgrade - City Hall Council Conference Room project. Contractor shall perform the work more fully described in the attached Exhibit A (the Work). The Work includes all work and services required by this Agreement, whether completed or partially completed, and includes all labor, materials, equipment, and services provided or to be provided by Contractor to fulfill Contractor's obligations. All Work shall be completed according to the specifications set forth in the attached Exhibit B. Contractor shall at all times keep the premises free from accumulation of waste materials and debris caused by Contractor's operations. Liquidated damages to compensate the City for additional costs incurred. Failure to substantially complete the Work by the Substantial Completion Date shall result in the City charging Contractor, and withholding any monies due as liquidated damages, the amount of $1,000 per calendar day until all Work is completed.
