The work consists of taking the in-house created plan, engineered to the 30% conceptual level, provided by the Town of North Kingstown Water Department, and create an appropriate set of fully engineered plans capable for use for construction purposes and a set of bid documents. Also required are professional engineering services associated with design, permitting, contract document development, bidding services and engineering oversight related services during the construction process
