Landscape Maintenance Services for Sr 408, Sr 417, Cfx's Headquarters Building, and Magnolia Service Center

Central Florida Expressway Authority (CFX) requests written Technical and Price Proposals from qualified companies to provide the services described in this notice and in the Scope of Services for the Project. Consideration will be given to only those respondents who are qualified to perform the work as determined by CFX Provide landscape maintenance services on S.R. 408, S.R. 417, CFX's Headquarters Building and the Magnolia Service Center including turf maintenance, mowing, fertilizer application, insect/disease control, aquatic weed control, tree pruning, tree removal, watering, edging, mulching, irrigation system maintenance, site clean-up and litter removal at toll facilities and other median and right of way locations, and landscape maintenance at the Headquarters Building. Additional Pre Bid Meeting Note: Interested parties may participate in person or virtually by utilizing the below link or phone number and conference id. Representatives of CFX will be present to discuss the project. The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss requirements of the project in an open forum. Although not mandatory, attendance at the pre-bid meeting is highly recommended. Questions may be submitted via e-mail at RFP002024@CFXWay.com. All requests or questions should be clearly marked and must be received no later than 4:00 p.m., Orlando local time, on July 17, 2023.
