Resurfacing of the Wellness Center Pool

Bid (offer) shall remain in effect for a minimum period of ninety (90) calendar days from the bid opening date unless otherwise indicated and is irrevocable. Communications with employees of Shepherd University concerning this RFB by the bidder or on the bidder's behalf, except as is specified below would not be appropriate during the submission and selection process. Failure to comply with this requirement may disqualify a bidder.
